Invited Guests Comments - Kasumi Kato
Kasumi Kato was born in Japan and learned how to meditate as a young child. She began practicing in the Tergar community in 2011 and shortly thereafter began a series of solitary retreats. She currently spends two to three months of each year on retreat. In addition to her love of solitary meditation practice, Kasumi is a Facilitator in the Tergar community and is currently organizing Mingyur Rinpoche’s teaching tour in Japan.
