Invited Guests Comments - Myoshin Kelley
Myoshin Kelley is a senior instructor in the Tergar Meditation Community. She began her inner journey by attending her first retreat in 1975 having found that school could not teach her what she wanted to know. She has practiced with a number of wonderful teachers in Theravada, Zen and Tibetan traditions, spending time in group and solitary retreats. In 1993, she began leading retreats under the guidance of Joseph Goldstein and Sharon Salzberg. Later she became the teacher in residence for seven years at the long-term practice center at the Insight Meditation Society. In 1998 she met Mingyur Rinpoche and went on to practice under his guidance. In 2010 she moved to Tergar’s headquarters in Minneapolis to help support Mingyur Rinpoche with his vision and world wide community.
